Yahmiir.com
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: June 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Yahmiir.com ("Yahmiir," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit the store, preview or purchase media, download a product, communicate with the store, create a contractor account, or use a contractor referral link.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Contact and order information, including your name, email address, billing details, shipping address when required, purchased items, receipt information, and customer-support messages.
- Contractor information, including name, business name, email, referral code, account password in hashed form, mailing address, agreement signature, agreement timestamps, payment history, and commission records.
- Content you submit, including ratings, comments, chat names and messages, product information, uploaded media, and other information sent through the website.
Payment and payout information
Stripe processes customer payments and, when Stripe Connect is enabled, contractor identity verification and bank payouts. Yahmiir.com does not receive or store complete card numbers, bank-account numbers, or Stripe identity documents. Stripe handles that information under its Privacy Policy.
Information collected automatically
- Technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request dates, security events, and server logs generated by the website or hosting provider.
- Order fulfillment records, download confirmations and counts, payment status, refund status, and referral attribution.
- Electronic agreement records, including the signing IP address, time, consent confirmations, and verification hashes.
Browser storage
The website uses browser local storage and session storage to remember carts, owner session display state, comments, chat entries, and referral attribution. A valid contractor referral code can be remembered for up to 30 days on that device. Clearing browser data may remove these items. The current chat and comment features can store entries in the visitor's browser rather than a shared public database.
2. How We Use Information
- Operate the website, provide previews, process purchases, deliver downloads, ship eligible products, and restore access when a download fails.
- Send or support receipts, purchase confirmations, service messages, refund communications, and customer support.
- Create and secure contractor accounts, attribute eligible sales, calculate commissions, maintain agreements, issue payment receipts, and administer contractor payouts.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, piracy, chargebacks, and other harmful activity.
- Maintain business, accounting, tax, legal, and transaction records and comply with lawful requests.
- Improve store performance, product availability, accessibility, and customer experience.
4. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including fulfillment, account administration, security, dispute resolution, taxes, accounting, enforcement of agreements, and legal obligations. Some purchase, payment, refund, contractor, and signed-agreement records may be retained after an account closes when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
5. Security
We use measures designed to protect information, including password hashing, authenticated server sessions, access-controlled contractor records, protected agreement storage, one-time hashed password-reset tokens, and Stripe-hosted payment processing. Password-reset links expire after one hour and can be used only once. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep account passwords private and contact us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
6. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to certain uses. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may retain information where permitted or required for transactions, fraud prevention, contracts, taxes, disputes, or legal compliance.
You can clear local storage through your browser settings. You can also avoid referral attribution by clearing the stored referral information, although doing so can prevent a contractor from receiving credit for a purchase.
7. Children's Privacy
Yahmiir.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information should contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
8. United States Service
Yahmiir.com is operated from Missouri, United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in another location.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or account portal when appropriate.
10. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email support@yahmiir.com. Include "Privacy Request" in the subject line and do not email card numbers, bank information, passwords, Social Security numbers, or identity documents.
